
Functional nutrition is a deep dive into your history and current lifestyle to make positive changes to your health. Rather than focusing on treating your symptoms, we will work together to get to the root cause of your issues.

STEP 1
Schedule a free 15 minute introductory call. This will give us a chance to connect and ensure that we are a good fit to work together.
STEP 2
Once we agree to work together, you will fill out an intake form where you will enter information about your history, habits and goals. In our first session, we will take that information and create a personalized Nutritional IEP to help guide our work. This document will be continuously updated and refreshed to meet your needs and achieve your goals.
STEP 3
Once your Nutritional IEP and personalized goals are created, we will discuss an action plan that best suits your needs.

A typical action plan might include:
Weekly accountability sessions where we:
Determine the best time in your schedule to prioritize cooking.
Choose recipes for you to cook.
Create a shopping list for you to use at the grocery store.
Digging deeper into your symptoms in order to learn how to use food to improve your daily wellbeing.
Understanding the “why” behind your habits and choices that may not be working.
Biweekly sessions to track your progress. Discussions may include how you are feeling both physically and mentally as you implement these changes.
Check ins between sessions to answer questions and keep you on track.
Your journey will be uniquely curated to meet your specific needs. My top priority is teaching the strategies needed to independently take control of your life.
